Start your morning in the heart of RTP's new downtown. Join us at Drift Coffee & Kitchen inside Hub RTP for coffee, pastries, and a firsthand look at how the "Live-Work-Play" vision is coming to life across this 100-acre development.

We'll kick things off at Drift with networking and venture onto the Horseshoe Courtyard and along the boardwalks to experience the connectivity between MAA Nixie, the trail systems, and the retail energy that's fueling Hub RTP.

This is a low-pressure, walk-and-talk morning designed to show brokers how the pieces are fitting together now that the warm weather has everything activated.
